Established in 2014, Halo Beriti Washing Station serves 750 smallholder producers. Grown in the Yergacheffe region at an altitude 2100 and 2300 metres above sea level and hand-sorted, we are thrilled to have 65kg of this rare coffee available to us. The unusual and highly flavourful coffee is a first choice Cupper's Journey coffee.
Fast forward to our intrepid Cupper and Roaster, Alex Forsyth who works his science and magic, roasting the beans to a sultry medium light toast. Results, for all to see are right here. Perfection.
