Brumas del Zurqui is a unique and innovative micromill processing the coffee crops for neighbouring farms. To ensure and maintain quality, owner Juan Ramon Alvarado Rodriguez has built a cupping laboratory and roastery at the plant. He encourages the roasters who buy his beans to roast with intention, motivation and desire.
