Journey

Carlos Trujillo, assisted by his daughter Paola, runs the family business in Caldano, Cauca. Paola is an experienced cupper with many years of practical knowledge, who brings innovation to the washing and processing of the beans.

The family philosophy, "The best legacy we can leave to our children is love, knowledge and a planet in which to live", is reflected in the mission of training students and farm workers in the conservation and education of sustainable resources.

Enter Alex Forsyth, our Roaster, who works his science and magic, roasting the beans to a delicious, mellow and chocolatey finish.
