Tasting Notes

Colombia: A single Origin Variety Select lot coffee bean. Chocolate with mellow cooked fruit flavours. Balanced acidity and good sweetness.
Costa Rica: A single Origin Microlot coffee bean. Spices and cooked coffee cherry with mild cocoa flavours. Winey acidity and mellow sweetness.
Brazil: A single Origin Farm Select coffee bean. Pecan, cocoa, cooked coffee cherry, and mild fresh citrus zest flavours. Mild tart acidity and sweetness.
